Seed Planting Ritual
Choose a goal or intention for the season ahead. Plant seeds (flowers, herbs, or even microgreens) while speaking your intention out loud. As you cover the seeds with soil, visualise your dreams taking root and growing strong.

Spring Sunrise Gratitude Practice
Wake up a little earlier one day this week and watch the sunrise. As the light returns, write down three things you are ready to welcome into your life and one thing you are releasing to make space. This practice aligns you with nature’s renewal energy.

Fresh Start Space Clearing

Set aside 15–20 minutes with art supplies, a journal, or just coloured pens. Ask yourself: “What wants to be born through me this Spring?” Let your hands move freely without worrying about how it looks.

Create a Spring Altar
Gather Spell Candles in a vibrant spring colour (pink or rose for self-love and new relationships, green for growth and abundance, yellow or gold for joy and confidence, or orange for creativity and sensuality.) Add a piece of Carnelian Crystal to awaken creativity, flow, sensuality, and emotional balance.
Include fresh flowers, blooming sprigs or new green leaves from outside, along with symbols of rebirth such as eggs or seeds. Add any deities, meaningful items, or intentions that represent new beginnings for you.
Burn Jasmine Incense to invite joy and sensuality, and include your Sacral Chakra Singing Bowl if you have one. Decorate with vibrant spring tones (pinks, greens, yellows, and warm peaches).
