Growing up on a quiet Island in Scandinavia, shaped my love for nature's peace and holistic healing. Its seasonal rhythms have been my guide to inner calm and self-awareness.
My daily morning rituals have changed my life. I've learned that daily mindfulness, intentional living, visualization and living in flow with nature are crucial for unlocking potential, finding my balance and joy.
I am honoured to serve as a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki Ryoho, holding a direct attunement lineage tracing back to Mikao Usui himself, complemented by certifications in Massage Therapy, Health & Spiritual Life Coaching, and Quantum Healing.
