Growing up on a quiet Island in Scandinavia, shaped my love for nature's peace and holistic healing. Its seasonal rhythms have been my guide to inner calm and self-awareness.
My daily morning rituals have changed my life. I've learned that daily mindfulness, intentional living, visualization and living in flow with nature are crucial for unlocking potential, finding my balance and joy.
Part of my energy is a Certificate in Usui Reiki Level II, Certificate in Massage Therapy, Certificate in Health and Spiritual Life Coaching & Certificate in Quantum Healing.
