Certified Usui Reiki Healing

Session Description

WHAT IS REIKI & HOW DOES IN-PERSON REIKI WORK? As a Certified Level II practitioner in the traditional Usui lineage, I offer in-person Usui Reiki Healing at Soul & Soil, channelling universal life force energy through gentle hand placements to restore balance and well-being. THE ESSENCE OF REIKI: Reiki is a gentle, ancient Japanese healing art that channels universal life force energy to melt away stress, support natural healing, and bring profound harmony for your highest good. As your clear conduit, I guide this infinite energy with light touch (or hands hovering just above if preferred), promoting deep relaxation, emotional clarity, minor pain relief, and renewed vitality, all while you remain fully clothed and comfortable. Blanket provided. THE MAGIC OF IN-PERSON REIKI: In our peaceful shop in Cairns, you lie on a cosy treatment table surrounded by pure crystals that amplify the energy flow. Relaxing nature-inspired music infused with Solfeggio frequencies, pure essential oil aromatherapy, a Palo Santo smoke ritual for energy cleansing, and gentle singing bowl tuning create a sacred, multi-sensory space for chakra alignment, release, and holistic renewal. YOUR SESSION EXPERIENCE: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. We'll have a gentle chat about your intentions or areas of focus. Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute durations. Simply relax on the table, eyes closed, breathing deeply, while I place hands on key positions over your head, torso, and limbs. You may feel soothing warmth, gentle tingling, waves of peace, or simply profound rest; some notice subtle shifts later. Every experience is unique and valid. Afterward, enjoy a soothing organic herbal tea to aid grounding and integration. READY TO RECEIVE? Step into this nurturing sanctuary at Soul & Soil. Your in-person session awaits, let's nurture your harmony together.
