Shipping Policy

At Soul & Soil, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. We ship our physical products from our sanctuary in Cairns, Australia, to customers worldwide.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
 

  • All orders for physical products are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order (due to high seasonal volume), we will contact you immediately via email.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
 

We offer reliable flat-rate shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $20.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 2 - 3 business days)


3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
 

We ship globally via Australia Post. All costs are displayed in AUD:

  • International Standard: $35.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 7 - 14 business days)

  • International Express: $60.00 AUD (Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 business days)

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on local carrier speeds and customs processing in your country.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 

We aim for total transparency regarding international fees:

  • United States Customers: We utilize the Zonos DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. All required duties and taxes for US entry are prepaid by us. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

  • Other International Destinations: Orders shipped outside of Australia and the USA may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Shipment Tracking
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey in real-time. 


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@soulandsoil.com.au.

  • For damaged items, please retain all packaging and provide photos to assist us in the claims process.

  • We will work quickly to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund as necessary.


7. Digital Products


Downloadable e-books, guided journals, and online programs do not incur shipping charges. These are delivered instantly to your provided email address upon completion of your purchase.
