Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with eligible items, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return process works:
 

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for physical items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Downloadable e-books and guided journals are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their digital nature.
 

How to Return: To start a return for eligible physical items, please contact us at info@soulandsoil.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for downloadable e-books or guided journals.
 

Exchanges: If you’d like a different physical item, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you may need to cover any price differences. Digital products, including e-books and guided journals, cannot be exchanged.
 

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
 

• Downloadable e-books and guided journals

• Custom orders

• Perishable goods

• Personal care items
   

Damaged or Defective Items: If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. For digital products (e-books or guided journals), contact us within 7 days if you experience technical issues (e.g., download failure), and we’ll assist with a resolution, but refunds are not available.
