Leaf Release Ritual
Gather some fallen leaves or simply write on pieces of paper. On each one, write something you are ready to release, such as a limiting belief, a resentment, or an old habit. With love and gratitude, burn them or bury them while saying, “I release this with compassion. I make space for healing.”
You can pair this with our White Sage or Heart Healing candle for a deeper sense of clearing.

Heart Opening Gratitude Practice
Each evening, light a candle and write down three things you feel grateful for from the past season. Then write one thing you choose to forgive, either in yourself or in someone else. Let the softness of Autumn hold you.

Create an Autumn Altar
Gather a few fallen leaves in their beautiful shades of gold, orange, and deep red. Add a piece of rose quartz to open and soothe the heart chakra, and a piece of carnelian to support emotional balance and gentle courage.
Include one of our healing candles and a few natural items such as dried branches, acorns, or small pinecones collected from outside. Arrange everything thoughtfully in a quiet corner of your home.
Light the candle when you sit with your altar and let its soft glow remind you to release and soften. Visit your altar each day as a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and create space within yourself.
